JO studio is a Rotterdam based design studio by Jeffrey Cats and Bo Vesseur.

Using natural elements such as light and water is a big part of their work. Whether it is to create depth within the chosen materials or as starting point of their research. 

 

By exploring the boundaries of existing production techniques and materials they catch elusive phenomena in objects and installations. It is about finding balance between wonder, functionality and abstraction.
